Ārogya Rasāyana

Ārogya Rasāyanam

Ayurvedic Rejuvenation & Immunity Program

5 • 7 • 10 Days Residential Program

Sometimes the body does not need intense detoxification. It simply needs nourishment, rest, and proper care.

Āyurveda calls this process Rasāyana - the science of rejuvenation. Rasāyana therapies strengthen the tissues, restore vitality, improve immunity, and help the body recover from the effects of stress, fatigue, irregular routines, and modern lifestyle habits.

The Ārogya Rasāyana Program at Samyak Ayurveda is designed as a gentle but meaningful reset for the body and mind. It combines classical Ayurvedic therapies, nourishing food, yoga practices, and simple lifestyle guidance so that the body gradually returns to balance.

Many people come to this program not because they are ill, but because they feel tired, depleted, or out of rhythm.

After a few days of proper care, sleep improves, digestion becomes steadier, and energy begins to return.

What Does Ārogya Rasāyana Mean?

Ārogya means health and wellbeing.

Rasāyana refers to classical Ayurvedic rejuvenation therapies that strengthen the body’s tissues, support longevity, and enhance immunity.

Unlike detox programs that focus on elimination, Rasāyana focuses on nourishing and rebuilding the body.
