Terms & Conditions

By registering for any course, treatment, or retreat at Samyak Ayurveda, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to the following terms.

1. Nature of Our Programs

Samyak Ayurveda offers traditional Ayurvedic education and classical therapeutic treatments rooted in authentic principles. Our approach is sincere, structured, and discipline-oriented.

Our programs are not spa vacations or leisure retreats. They are spaces for learning, healing, and inner work. Participants are expected to maintain respect for the environment, teachers, therapists, and fellow participants.

2. Eligibility & Health Disclosure

Participants must disclose any physical, psychological, or medical condition prior to arrival, including:

• Chronic illness
• Recent surgery
• Ongoing medication
• Pregnancy
• Mental health conditions

If necessary, we may request medical clearance before confirming participation.

Samyak Ayurveda reserves the right to decline or discontinue participation if it is determined that involvement may be unsafe for the individual or disruptive to the group environment.

3. Personal Responsibility

Participation in courses and treatments is voluntary.

By attending, you accept full responsibility for your physical and mental well-being during the program. We strongly recommend having adequate medical and travel insurance.

Samyak Ayurveda is not liable for:

• Injuries or illnesses occurring before, during, or after the program
• Undisclosed medical conditions
• Loss or damage of personal belongings
• Travel disruptions or visa issues

4. Payment Terms

The remaining balance must be paid at least 30 days before the program begins, unless otherwise stated in writing.

Failure to complete payment may result in release of your seat.

All applicable taxes, bank fees, and transfer charges are the responsibility of the participant.

5. Campus Guidelines

To preserve the healing atmosphere:

• Only vegetarian food is served on campus.
• Alcohol, smoking, and recreational drugs are not permitted.
• Quiet hours may be observed where applicable.
• Modest dress and respectful conduct are expected.

Any behavior that disturbs the learning or healing environment may result in removal without refund.

6. Attendance & Certification (For Courses)

For certification programs:

• Full attendance is expected.
• Assessments and participation requirements must be fulfilled.

Certification is issued at the discretion of the faculty upon successful completion of the course requirements.

7. Treatment Commitment (For Panchakarma & Therapies)

Ayurvedic treatments require consistency and discipline.

Participants are expected to:

• Follow prescribed dietary guidelines
• Adhere to daily treatment schedules
• Inform the doctor of any discomfort

Results vary depending on individual constitution and compliance.

8. Intellectual Property

All course manuals, materials, recordings, and content remain the intellectual property of Samyak Ayurveda.

Recording sessions or reproducing materials without written permission is not permitted.

9. Acceptance

By registering and making payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to both the Cancellation Policy and the Terms & Conditions.
