2. How long does the Panchakarma treatment take?Panchakarma is a progressive therapy that works in stages, requiring time for the body to undergo detoxification and rejuvenation. We recommend a minimum of 14 days, but ideally, 21 days for optimal and long-lasting benefits.

9. Can I leave the ashram during my treatment?Yes, but only after consulting your doctor. During certain phases of the treatment (such as Purvakarma and Pashchat Karma), short outings may be permitted. However, we advise completing any extended trips before starting your treatment.
