Pañcakarma Śodhanam
Ayurvedic Detox & Deep Cleansing Program

Panchakarma Treatments
In Ayurveda, healing often begins with cleansing.
Over time, the body accumulates toxins (Ama) due to improper digestion, stress, irregular routines, travel, poor food habits, and environmental influences. These toxins gradually disturb the natural balance of the body and mind.
Panchakarma is Ayurveda’s classical method of removing these accumulated toxins and restoring balance.
The Pañcakarma Śodhanam Program at Samyak Ayurveda is a structured detoxification process guided by Ayurvedic consultation, traditional therapies, and supportive lifestyle practices.
This program is not simply about relaxation. It is a therapeutic process designed to cleanse the body, improve digestion, strengthen immunity, and reset the internal systems of the body.
Consultation Before Panchakarma
Panchakarma is a therapeutic Ayurvedic detox process and may not be suitable for everyone in the same way. To ensure that the treatment is appropriate and beneficial for you, we recommend a short consultation with our Ayurvedic doctor before confirming the program.
During this consultation we review your health history, current concerns, and overall suitability for Panchakarma, and guide you on the most appropriate duration of the program. This helps us personalize the treatment and ensure that your experience at Samyak Ayurveda is safe, meaningful, and effective.

The final treatment plan is personalized after consultation with our Ayurvedic doctor.
Your Panchakarma Treatment journey
Your journey begins with a detailed consultation with our expert Vaidya, who customizes your treatment based on your Dosha constitution and health needs.
The therapy unfolds in three stages: Purva Karma (preparation), Pradhana Karma (main detoxification), and Pashchat Karma (rejuvenation & restoration). Daily Abhyanga massages, herbal therapies, detox procedures, personalized Ayurvedic meals, Yoga asanas, pranayama, and meditation work together to restore balance and vitality.
Nestled in the serene landscapes of Mysore, Samyak Ayurveda provides an authentic healing experience rooted in classical Ayurvedic wisdom. A final consultation ensures a smooth transition into daily life with personalized guidance for long-term well-being.
What is Panchakarma (and what is it not)
Panchakarma literally means “five actions”, referring to specialised cleansing therapies designed to eliminate accumulated toxins, correct imbalances, and restore digestive and metabolic intelligence.
Authentic Panchakarma:
• Is doctor-led
• Requires preparation and recovery
• Needs adequate time
• Cannot be rushed or shortened casually
At Samyak Ayurveda, Panchakarma is never offered as a quick detox or a spa experience. It is a serious Ayurvedic intervention, and we approach it with the respect it deserves.
