Ayurvedic Women’s Health & Hormonal Balance Program

7 • 10 • 14 Days Residential Program

Women’s health is deeply connected to balance. Hormones, digestion, sleep, emotional wellbeing, and reproductive health all influence each other. When one aspect goes out of rhythm, the entire system begins to feel the effect.

Ayurveda recognizes this interconnected nature of women’s health and approaches it with patience, nourishment, and restoration.

The Strī Svasthya Program at Samyak Ayurveda is designed to support women experiencing hormonal imbalance, stress-related fatigue, menstrual irregularities, and other health concerns that arise from modern lifestyle patterns.

This program combines Ayurvedic therapies, dietary guidance, yoga practices, and personalized consultations to gradually restore balance in the body.

What Does Strī Svasthya Mean?

Strī means woman.
Svasthya means health, wellbeing, and balance.

In Ayurveda, true health means the body, mind, digestion, and reproductive system function in harmony.

This program focuses on restoring that harmony.

Programs at Samyak Ayurveda are intentionally kept small so that each guest receives proper attention and care.

The final treatment plan is personalized after consultation with our Ayurvedic doctor.

Your stay begins with a detailed consultation with our Ayurvedic doctor.

During this consultation we explore:

• Your natural constitution (Prakriti)
• Current imbalance (Vikriti)
• Menstrual history
• Digestive health
• Sleep patterns
• Stress levels
• Lifestyle and work routines
• Medical history

Based on this understanding, a personalized treatment plan is prepared.

Ayurveda does not treat symptoms in isolation. The aim is to understand the root cause of imbalance.
