About the Course
Ayurveda Dietician Course - June 2026 (Āyurveda–Jīvana–Mārga–Praśikṣaṇam) is a 21-day residential certification designed to train students in the science of Ayurvedic diet and lifestyle with clarity and responsibility.
In Ayurveda, food is not an isolated subject. It is directly connected to digestion (Agni), daily routine (Dinacharya), seasonal adaptation (Ritucharya), and overall balance of the doshas. Without understanding these foundations, diet becomes mechanical. With understanding, it becomes therapeutic.
This course is structured to move from principle to practice.
You will first learn the classical foundations of digestion and food intelligence. You will then apply those principles in supervised kitchen sessions and case-based diet planning. The goal is not memorizing recipes, but developing reasoning - so that you can design appropriate dietary guidance based on constitution, imbalance, and lifestyle.
